 --1. Brush Extension Roller Overall Function:

Brush Extension Roller is used for material Extension in Digital Printing Industry and Cutting/Slitting Machine.

With the tension of the material, the Brush on Opposite side of the roller will tilt. Then it can extend the material and make the material even and flattened.


For the longer using time and anticorrosion reason, the body of the Brush Roller is made by Aluminum and 2 sides are made by Stainless Steel.





    --2. Brush Extension Roller Feature----:

       For the Brush Extension Roller, this type surface is using Nylon Brush. It is the standard type, customer only need to offer the drawing, then we could make a quotation.


The standardized diameter of the Brush Roller is φ102mm and φ82mm.

Brush Quantity is 22pcs and 17pcs.

Brush Material is Nylon.
