Beofore order, Sales will check the drawing of Airshaft and Rollers, then will confirm technical data to confirm the design is ok for using.
After sales, If there is some question about repairing or assembling, we shall offer the video or provide Video meeting support.
Each order is recorded in our company system forever. So, it means, if there is some part replacing, you only need to tell us. Then we shall arrange the part.
