•        Raw Material is TPU and some other materials which could be used for Airshaft Inner Bladder.

•         The maximum using temperature is around 90℃=195°F. 

•         The Applicable using Air pressure is around 0.4-0.8 MPA.

        If you have a higher temperature using requirement of the Airshaft Inner Bladder, we will use Silicone as the raw materia. However, the material by silicone is higher in price.

         

        We are a professtion Airshaft Factory, so in order to guarantee the good using of the Airshaft, we strictly control the raw material. 

        The raw material of the Tpu is provided by a Germany company. (strictly Europe quality Level) 

        After the production of the Airshaft Tpu Tube, we will do quality checking for dimension and expanding.

         

        There are some low quality Pneumatic Rubber tube in the Market, and they will have the problem of uneven expanding! When using them for a certain time, the part area won't function.

        In addition, some Tpu tube is easily broken for some raw material reason or production process reason.

The Airshaft White Bladder's Main dimension is the width. The difference of wall thickness will not affect using.

For Airshaft Inner Bladder size 10x0.8, it is 80M for a complete roll.

For Airshaft Inner Bladder size of others, it is 50m for a complete roll.

     --4. Airshaft TPU Tube Assembled with Air valve

       During using, the White tube of Air shaft is connected with Air valve. The quality of the Air valve also decides the using time of the Airshaft. 

        Normal Airshaft Suppliers are using the Copper Airvalve, and in the past, we were also using the Copper Valve. In order to upgrade our technique, we have finished the upgrade by using f the Stainless Steel!

       According to our experiment and test, the Stainless Steel Type Air valve could achieve a better using effect.
