2. it is one of the most commonly used type and with fast produciton time.
it can suit 100% of the using environment.
3. its cost is the lowest of all the 3 type airshaft adaptor.
although is have fast production time and lower cost, still the disadvantage will be:
compared with multitube airshaft, its maintenance need a lot of work and get the whole piece disassembled.
if your company do not have engineer who is skilled at machine industry, i recommend that you buy multitube type.
The key bars make narrow line contact with the inner wall of the core tube, with its effective contact area being only 1/3 to 1/5 of that of the flap-type air expanding sleeve of the same specification, resulting in extremely high pressure per unit area. For sensitive materials such as thin-walled paper tubes, plastic core tubes, ultra-thin aluminum foil and optical films, it is very easy to cause crushing deformation of the core tube and irreversible indentation on the inner wall of the roll material, making it completely unsuitable for processing scenarios requiring high precision and high surface quality.
The synchronization of expansion and contraction of the independent key bars is highly dependent on the uniformity of the internal air passage and the integrity of the air bladder. After long-term use, individual key bars are prone to wear and jamming, leading to inconsistent expansion height and out-of-tolerance circumferential roundness. When the rotational speed exceeds 800r/min or the web width is greater than 2m, obvious vibration and noise will occur, the roll material is highly likely to suffer snake-like deviation and uneven end faces, and the slitting precision will be significantly reduced.
if you are having a normal and general using requirement, and have repairing experience, i recommend using lug type adaptor.
but if you want easy repairing and bettering using experience, i recommend try multitube type.
